Q) Will I have to travel to the artist for the service
A) No it is all done in the comfort of your own home/venue of your choice/on location.

Q) Do Lashes to Lockes offer a professional service using professional products
A) Your artist is a qualified & experienced professional and uses quality products like Estee lauder, MAC, YSL.

Q) What if I am unable to have a trial makeover for my wedding/special occasion
A) Don't panic! We can discuss your requirements over the telephone and internet, you can email me pictures to illustrate your ideas, and we will endeavour to create the look you require.

Q) Will I need to re-touch my make up during the day
A) No. Your make-up is applied to last all day However your lipstick may need a little attention after eating or drinking.

Q) Will my skin require any special treatment prior to my makeover
A) If you already look after your skin then no but if you are going to start a new skin regime, begin at least two months before your makeover to ensure it's right for you. Ensure you exfoliate especially with oily or combination skin, using the correct product for your skin type and a good moisturiser & separate eye cream.

Q) How long will my makeover take
A) A full makeover will take around 2 hours for hair and make up. The trial makeover will take a little longer due to the consultation.

Q) How do I pay for the Trial makeover
A) Payment can be made by cheque which must be cleared prior to the trial or cash on the day of the trial.

Q) Do Lashes to Lockes offer a daily rate
A) Yes, if you would like your make up artist to be with you for 8 hours it's £200 per day, no matter how much work is required, + travel if outside Thanet.

Q) If I hire Lashes to lockes for the day how do I pay
A) A £40 deposit must be paid in advance to book your date in the diary and the balance is payable anytime, up until the job is finished on the day        (cash only if paying on the day)        

Q) How do I secure my date in Lashes to Lockes diary
A) A deposit of £40 cash or cheque will secure your event date in the diary. The deposit should be paid at booking
to avoid disappointment. A secure booking cannot be taken without a deposit & cheque's should be clear prior to your date

Q) How do I pay for My makeover
A) Payments minus the deposit, can be made by cheque or cash, (cheques must be clear prior to your day) cash anytime up to your special day.

Q What if you become unavailable on my booked date
A In that unlikely event (I have not missed an appointment yet) don't panic, I keep details of all my clients requirement which I can pass on to one of the many professional make up artists/hairdressers I am in regular contact with.

Q) Will I have to pay a mileage charge
A) Yes the charge is 60p per mile ONE WAY outside the CT11 area
